AGARTALA/KORBOOK, Oct 23 (TIWN): Prolonged deplorable condition of the telecommunication connectivity provided by BSNL, hits the people of the Korbook subdivision with acute disruption in the day to day communication.

Just during the Durga puja festival the people had to face harassment due to the poor telecommunication service by the BSNL.  People had to face trouble during any kind of communication at Natun bazaar Joton bari aea of Korbook sub-division.

Even as mobile network service continues to remain in a pathetic condition, the Government run BSNL service has failed in providing Internet service too. Prolonging its worst service in most of the areas in the District, the BSNL officials seems to remain clueless and higher authority in Agartala remains mute over the issue.

It has been several years that the BSNL is providing service in the State but till day no improvement has been witnessed yet rather it has turned worst, said a consumer.

Another customer complaint that, series of open letters to BSNL have been published in local newspapers and complaints lodged in the interest of the BSNL customers, but nothing has changed.

However, when all the information and the works are mostly done through the telecommunication service, the state is still dealing with the slow connectivity service.

The administration is not taking any initiative to sort out the problems. The BSNL subscribers have placed repeated complaints at the local BSNL department, but in vain.

The call gets disconnected any time for several times in a day, as the source said here. The sources said this regular disruption in connection is an affect of the technical snag and causing serious communication problem.
