AGARTALA, Oct 5 (TIWN): :A 30 – year – old police officer wife has gone missing under mysterious circumstances from Math Chowmuhani .Her husband reportedly told the police that a three-member gang kidnapped her on Thursday afternoon while returning back home from the school she is working.

The   missing woman name is  as  Chayanika Das  and her husband  a TSR Naik Subedhar, Ranbir  Das.A missing diary was registered at East Agartala police station,  even  after 72 hours police was unable to get any information about the missing police officer wife. Reportedly the relation between husband and wife was not smooth. She used to stay  with her mother in a house at Banamalipur.It is suspected that the husband might be responsible behind the missing of his wife.It is alleged that being a police officer, East Agartala women  police is not taking the case seriously, they are terming it as a case of illicit relationship. Meanwhile police have questioned some people in this regard . The mobile of the police officer wife is found to be switched off.
