Where CM Manik Sarkar clamours for the smart city and the state with 90 % literacy, in the same state the camera lens has captured a miserable view where a man found eating food from the dustbin to feed his stomach.

A photo never tell lies, it is clearly visible in the camera lens that man is hungry and don’t have food to eat. Failing to control his hunger he is found eating food from the dustbin.

Rapes, murder, molestation, corruption, land mafia, contract killings, embezzlement of money has become a regular stuff in the golden era and our ministers are never tiered of promoting the golden era for the state.

This is an example of ever puffed golden era of chief minister where people eats food from garbage.
