AGARTALA / BISHALGARH, Sept 15 (TIWN): Tripura has become the most lawless state in country under the lackluster rule of Chief Minister Manik Sarkar and his lameduck CBI charge sheeted DGP K.Nagraj. On yet another blow, Bishalgarh sub-division badly hit with the increasing number of fake passports’ circulation, alongwith increasing number of brokers working for terrorist elements like Bangladesh HUJI and Tripura Militants . Reports say that few Bangladeshis are using Indian passport very frequently, getting issued them from India, where few brokers are from Bishalgarh involved in this crime racket. SP Sepahijala Pradip Dey spoke to TIWN, SP said that police has been recently informed about this matter and complaint had been already given by public to the SDM, but police is verifying the matter. Pradip Dey also agreed that few Bangladeshis are making passports in India via Tripura, not only in Bishalgarh; but this type of complaints are coming from every corners of the state. Many FIRs have been lodged against it, but in case of Bishalgarh nobody yet has been arrested, due to lack enough proof. “However, investigation has started, and hopefully we can catch few of them soon”, said SP Pradip Dey to TIWN on Monday.DM Pradip Chakraborty told TIWN, 'the investigation of fake passport goes to police and police should act upon this issue, so that fake passport racket can be identified.

It’s to be mentioned here that  making passport by using Indian brokers hired from NE state Tripura, are nothing new here. Sources say that by using Indian passports few Bangladeshis are trying to go to foreign lands and few of the agents of here who are involved in this crime are managing the fake Indian citizenship to them. 

Sources also say that the head of those agents involved in this job is Abul Mia who has made a circle over Bishalgarh . Other publics involved in this scam are.It has also been alleged that the area near Kashba and also few other places of Bishalgarh have become shelters for Bangladeshis, who are using fake citizenships and living over there since many years.

It’s to be mentioned that in Manik rule Tripura Passport scam is spreading its wings very rapidly and Bangladeshis are living in this land with fake documents, and CPI-M baked cadres are chiefly involved via various Panchayats in this heinous crime. Police should take immediate action against it so that the brokers may be identified soon.
