BJYM launches four-month long 'Panch Kranti' programme

AGARTALA, September 4 (TIWN): Bhartiya Janta Yuva Morcha (BJYM), the youth wing of the BJP on Friday launches a four-month long 'Panch Kranti' programme at the BJP office.

Talking to TIWN, Central Committee member Saurav Sigdar said that the programme is mainly taken to popularise the flagship programmes of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led NDA government.

He further said that BJYM members will spread awareness about five aspects of the programme ‘Panch Kranti’ which includes Make in India (Nirman Kranti), Skill India (Kaushal Kranti), Clean India (Swacha Kranti), 'Beti Bachao Beti Padhao' campaign (Kanya Shakti Kranti), and Yoga (Yog Kranti), the flagship programmes of the NDA government.

The programme will draw the intension to reach the population of the state and make them aware about the various Government initiatives taken under this programme.

During the programme, representatives of the eight districts were present to understand about the approach taken.

Detailing about the working procedure of the programme, Sigdar said that from the entire state 5 representatives will be selected for the five different sector of ‘Panch Kranti’ programme. Furthermore, the five representatives of the state will be followed by 5 more representatives at the District level, later the process of selecting representatives will continue.  

Sigdar further said that the programme will continue till January 12 next year.

He also said that due to certain constrains of the government machinery in popularising the schemes and the work of the Modi government, it is also the duty of the party workers that people should know about these programmes.

However, the duty is provided to the Bhartiya Janta Yuva Morcha to aware the population about the schemes.
