AGARTALA, Sept 2 (TIWN): In a shameful incident, police is yet failure to give a new direction to the murder case of Santa Saha at her own residence on August 17 morning.

Another instance of ever puffed Golden-era of Chief Minister Manik Sarkar, the calendar has passed almost 2 week after the sensational murder case of 50 year old Santa Saha in her own residence and police is wasting time like the helpless creatures. Since the day of murder, police is static to the same point that family members of the deceased are involved in the murder but so far could not trace any culprit related to the murder.

As part of the ‘namesake’ investigation, police has suspected the involvement of the deceased elder son Dipjoy saha behind the murder. Unfortunately, police even could not collect any evidence against their suspicion.

Apart from clamoring the call of the “investigation is under way” police is failure to answer any question of the TIWN correspondent related to the murder case of Santa Saha.

Neither any report of any arrest nor any investigation has come to limelight from the end of police to give a new direction to the murder case.

What has come to our major shock is that, police is no way keen to investigate the murder case and has decided to remain silent over the issue.

Sources confirmed that the so called ‘efficient’ team of the Tripura police is being controlled by some big heads of the society and until they give a nod to police they will not take a step for regarding the murder case.

It appears from the scene that the murderer’s in the state has become much stronger as they can murder women in a broad day light and having the legal authority police can’t even trace a single detail related to the murder.

Reportedly, resentment brewed up after a gang of miscreants on August 17 morning brutally murdered a 50 year old house wife in her own residence at Shyamali Bazaar quarter complex area. When all the family members of the deceased were out of the house and she was alone at her home the miscreants thronged into her room and murdered he with sharp weapons. The miscreants attacked her brutally with a sharp weapon and left her dead on the spot.

Multiple injuries from sharp weapon were found in her body and was left dead in her own house.

Getting alarm, the police of NCC police station reached the spot with dog squad and forensic team and started investigation and even after one week police is further investigating the case.
