Congress slams Central Government for corruption

KAILASHAHAR, August 27 (TIWN): Addressing a political conference at Kailashahar Town hall, Opposition leader Sudip Roy Barman on Thursday criticized the central Government for the ongoing corruption and the misrule in the state including the looting of funds meant for the development of the people.

He said that conducting rallies and protest against the ruling government and will successfully remove the ruling Government by 2018.

He further claimed that Congress is no long a week party. Enhancing his statement he said that there are no misconceptions in the party.

Joining hand with the other leaders present over the conference, Opposition leader Sudip Roy Barman said that together we will fight against the ruling Government and will successfully remove the Left Rule from the state.

However, speaking at the Conference State Congress President Birajit Sinha said that in every step we have to raise protest against the Left Rule Government and its misrule in the state.

He further said that the corruption which is going on under the BJP Government had to be disclosed in front of the common people, so that they can come to know the real face of the BJP Government.

President Birajit Sinha further claimed that few days are left for the BJP Government in the Centre; Congress will resume its place soon.

During the conference, Working President of PCC Ashish Kumar Saha, District Congress Sabhadhipati Bodorudhjaman and others were present at the programme.

More than one thousand people participated at the programme.

However, the conference was held after they staged a rally.
