AGARTALA, August 27 (TIWN): Clamoring the call for the development of North Eastern states including Tripura, Union Minister Babul Supriyo on Wednesday in a mass gathering at Paradise Chowmuhani gave an open call that only BJP under the initiative of Prime Minister Narendra Modi can bring development to the state. Criticizing the state ruled left front government, Supriyo said that days are not so far when the people themselves will threw away the government from the state and will give a call to corruption free government. Corruption is touching the high sky under the rule of the left front government, claimed Supriyo.None of the government at the central has so far thought about the development of the NE states and only after BJP came into power, Prime Minister Narendra Modi took the initiative to eye for the development of the NE states including Tripura, added Supriyo. The state is lagging behind only due to the misrule of the left front government, and BJP led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi will bring the limelight of development in the state.Emphasizing on the issue of development Supriyo said BJP will keenly look after the welfare schemes and infrastructure development in Tripura. BJP mass rally at Paradise Chowmuhani created shockwaves among ruling CPI-M party leaders as BJP Union Minister directly attacked massive corruptions of Tripura's tainted CM Manik Sarkar.

However, BJP state president Sudindra Das Gupta along with other dignitaries remained present in the program.
