AGARTALA/UDAIPUR, August 9 (TIWN): After 2 years passage of the newly made block Tepania at Udaipur, DM Gomati Sonal Goel told TIWN about the monitoring issues and overall developmental steps which were very primes to help the “needy people” of Tepania block. However, although the developmental steps taking by the administrators, Sonal Goel stressed upon the proper monitoring and co-ordination which can make the project successful. As this is the 2nd year of Tepania block’, so the 2ndimplementation of developmental schemes are going on, said Goel.

Basically the schemes which had been projected to develop that block are MGNREGA scheme and IAY scheme.

However it’s to be mentioned here that DM instructed all the GRS and Panchayat secretaries to follow the guidelines of MGNREGA, IAY, PDF and TFC. Whether all the houses which come under Indira Awash Yojna of 2013-14 are completed, few houses of 2014-15 are in progress and expectedly completed shortly.

However on August 6, RD Minister reviewed the progress work of Tepania block. RD Minister Naresh Jamatia instructed all Panchayat secretaries and GRS to generate mandays in their respective Panchayats as per approved labour budget.

 Sonal Goel also instructed to complete all IAY houses within August, 2015.

Tepania area, although basically a rural area, still has lots of opportunities to achieve development. Gomati Dist. Hospital is set nearby and its geographical space is also huge, covered by natural beauty. Tepania block is full of fertility. However it needs the proper planning and administrations and as well as Panchayats’ active participation so that the block gets fast development.

 Tepania block was established in 2013 and presently has 19 Panchayats.

Agreeing the fact that Tepania is basically a rural area, DM Gomati also said, so many needy people are there. Govt. is trying to distribute houses and other facilities so that this newly made block may undergo development with proper monitoring.
