KAILASHAHAR, June 20 (TIWN): Thousands of subscribers of Broadband Subscriber Nigam Ltd. of Kailashahar have been suffering from prolonged poor service provided by the telecommunication department.
Frequent call drops, call breaks, network congestion and internet interruptions, have irked the subscribers and to get away from this prolonged harassment, most of the subscribers have subscribed more than one Network which is leading a hazardous situation in that area.
Therefore, the pathetic condition of the service of the Nigam paralyzed the bank service in the area along with the other departments and the common people as well.
“It is a prolonged pathetic condition running over the area which lead the common people to suffer”, said a local.
“Even after paying hefty charges for internet access, we have to keep other connections as a standby”, alleged a user.
