Addressing the meeting at the conference hall of the District Magistrate office, Sub-divisional Magistrate Ajit Debnath stated that special arrangements are to be made for the smooth conduct of the prayers at the temple.

At least more than hundreds devotees visit the temple every day and keeping in view about the safety of the devotes and the visitors, the authorities, in consultation with the police department, and the temple authorities have installed  eight  closed circuit television (CCTV) camera for ensuring the safety to the visiting devotees and pilgrims at this temple.

Cleanliness and maintenance of the temple would also be given priority, cleaning of the garbage should be done regularly to maintain the beauty of the temple, as it is believed to be one of the holiest Hindu shrines in this part of the state.

The authorities in the meeting also decided to construct a museum at the premises of the temple to bring forward the history behind the establishment of this temple.

However, MLA Madhav Saha., DM Sonal Goel along with other dignitaries remained present in the meeting.
