AGARTALA/ BELONIA, June 9 (TIWN): Elated over the outstanding results in the Madhyamik and Higher Secondary examination, Shishu Bihar Higher Secondary Schools has organized a felicitation programme at school hall, on June 9.
A total of five students from Agartala Shishu Bihar School have positioned this year in the Madhyamik examinations with 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 9th. Ambika Das Gupta of Agartala Shishu Bihar School has topped this year with aggregate marks of 669.
Abishekh Roy with aggregate of 665 marks third positioned, Anubrata Nath with 664 marks fourth positioned, Nabajyoti Majumder with of 663 marks achieved fifth position and another Dibakar Paitya of the same school positioned with ninth with aggregate of 657 marks.
During the programme, Srimat Swami Hitakamanandaji, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission, Viveknagar, Agartala felicitated all the five meritorious students with a certificate and flower bouquet.
The toppers Arindam Bhowmik, Supratim Chandra and Madhumati Choudhury of Higher Secondary were also felicitated.
Speaking on the occasion, Srimat Swami Hitakamanandaji highly congratulates the students for their dedication and hard work. Encouraging the School authority He enhanced about the tireless efforts and the service provided by the members of the School’s managing committee in maintaining an education environment in the school which promotes the education quality among the students.
He also stressed upon students about the need of hard work, determination and dedication towards their studies and be at their best so as to attain higher posts in the society. He urged upon one and all to avail the benefits offered by the school to improve their knowledge level which would be helpful in the long run.
Motivating the students to earn success through hard work, dedication, discipline and devotion he further insisted to perform well in the future task without any hesitation.
Similarly, celebrating the 100 percent pass of students at Belonia Higher Secondary Girls School, the school authority has organized felicitation programme on June 9.
The gratification doubled when students from the various interior part of Belonia made the school authority proud with 100 percent rate of pass in 2015.
Addressing the programme, Municipality Chairman Dipankar Sen said that it is a blissful moment to announce that facing several obstacles the school has successfully managed to grab the position among the 100 percent rate of pass.
Overcoming several hurdles, the school holding 90 percent of tribal students manage to pass the examination successfully.
Municipality Chairman Dipankar Sen said that this achievement has become a major milestone for the other schools of the interior which have been facing similar kind of hurdles all the way.
Detailing about the programme, it has been said that altogether 76 students has appeared for the examination and all of the m passed successfully. Among 76 students 49 were of 12th standard and 27 were of 10th standard.
Among 49 students of 12th standard, 8 students have secured 1st division and among 27 students of 10th standard 1 student have secured 1st division.
During the programme, District Education Officer Kalimohan Jamatia, OSD Samarendra Krishna Das and Head Master Ratan Bhowmik along with others were present at the programme.
