AGARTALA, June 6 (TIWN): Arijit Debnath of Tripura B. B. Institution of Dharmanagar sub-division, North District of the state topped in 2015 higher secondary examination conducted by Tripura Board of Secondary Examinations (TBSE). TBSE has declared the results on Saturday at 9:00 AM.
Arijit Debnath scoring 460 marks has secured the top position in this year in HS+2 examination, followed by Supratim Datta distant to second position by 10 marks less than Arijit. Supratim scored 450 marks this year from Udaipur English Medium HS School under Gomati district.
Besides, Arindam Bhowmik of Agartala Shishu Bihar H.S. School under West Tripura District of the state scored 444 marks and has been distant to third position jointly by Puja Saha of Agartala Netaji Subhash Vidyaniketan.
The fourth position was secured by Rezwana Naher Begam of Agartala Netaji Subhash Vidyaniketan with a total of 441 marks. The fifth position is secured by Pritam Pal of Netaji Subhash Vidyaniketan and has scored 437 marks.
The sixth position was secured by Akash Dey of Belonia Vidyapith H.S. School with a total score of 435 marks jointly by Madhumita Deb Roy of Dharmanagar Govt. Girls’ H.S. School. Talking to TIWN on Saturday after the result was declared, Akash Dey said that he wants to become a scientist with higher studies in Chemistry. He got letter marks in at least two subjects comprising of Physics and Chemistry.
Supratim Chanda of Agartala Shishu Bihar School distant to seventh position with a total of 430 marks followed by Madhumanti Chowdhury secured eighth position with a total of 428 marks. The ninth position was jointly secured by Ankurita Dey, Antima Baidya and Pritam Debnath.
However the tenth position was secured by Sougata Saha of Agartala Netaji Subhash Vidyaniketan with a total of 426 marks.
However all of them who positioned this year in the HS+2 examinations conducted by TBSE expressing pleasure over their results said that they succeed scoring well in the examinations because of hard studies. Most of them said they aim to become doctors and scientists in future.
