AGARTALA, June6 (TIWN): After a fall in the percentage of Madhyamik result in TBSE examination, TTAADC shines with rise in overall percentage of marks in the H.S(+2) examination of the year 2015 comparing to the previous year. TBSE announced the H.S. (+2) result on Saturday morning through a press conference at TBSE board office.
In the recently declared Higher Secondary examinations results the total percentage of passing students percent is 66.40, which is comparatively more than the passing percentage of the year 2014 H.S. results in the TTAADC area.
In the year 2014 the passing percentage of students in H.S. examination from TTAADC was 59.78 percent. However, total number of students enrolled for the H.S. examination from TTAADC area was 3136, out of which only 3119 students appeared in the examination and the remaining 17 were the absentees. In the previous academic session a total number of 2,521 students appeared in the examination and a number of 1,507 students passed the examination from the TTAADC area. There was no report of expelled students issued for the students in the H.S. examination.
Among the appeared students in the H.S examination of the year 2015, 61 of them have secured the first position, 486 students have secured the second division and 1524 of them has secured the third position in the examination. The total passed number of candidates in the examination is 2071.
Average pass rate in H.S. examination rose to 66.40 percent this year from 59.78 percent in the previous academic session in the TTAADC area.
