TELIAMURA, May 22(TWIN): Resentment brewed up in Hawai bari area under Teliamura Police station on Friday after a resident of the area, identified as Suman Debbarma, locked the gate of Hawai bari S.B. school.

Suman Debbarma claimed that 10years back, Tuisindrai local committee secretary Pratush Chakraborty along with other local leaders under the regime of the ruling party, acquired an area 1.5 kani from the property of Khagendra Debbarma in the name of giving job to his son Suman Debbarma.

Day after day Suman Debbarma along with his father has walked from pillar to post asking for his job from the local leaders. The deprived resident Suman Debbarma says that his father has given the land free of cost to the party, for the construction of the school, only in the hope of a job for him. But days turned to months and months to year but no job is awarded to Suman Debbarma so far. He further alleges that after grabbing the land, neither of the party local leaders has taken any mere initiative to give job to the candidate.

The family was surviving for past 10years only in the hope of a job for Suman Debbarma. The false hope of the local leader has finally turned Khagendra Jamatia mentally retired and along with all his hopes has turned into wilderness.

However, on Friday morning, losing all his hopes Suman Debbarma has locked the gate of Hawai Bari S.B School, the school which is built on the land of his father’s property. Seeing the school locked, the students returned back to their home, even the teachers were also silent after seeing the view of the locked school gate.

The issue has hit to the ear of the concerned authority but even after such a critical condition in the area they are playing the role of a silent spectator. It is alleged that the local leaders are simply trying to save their skin from the angry resident Suman Debbarma.
