Collect information from state government through RTI says BJP president  Amit Shah

AGARTALA, April 29 (TIWN): BJP national president Amit Shah before departure for New Delhi asked the local leaders to strengthen the organization. BJP state president Sudhindra Dasgupta, BJP central leader and state in-­charge Sunil Deodhar, Sundar Paul were present in the airport to see off the BJP president Amit Shah and party general secretary Ram Madhab.

BJP president Amit Shah and general secretary Ram Madhab arrived here on April 27 from Guwahati on a two day visit. Both of them addressed a public rally at Swami Vivekananda ground on April 27.

During his visit Amit Shah in a series of meetings with the state leaders emphasized on the use of RTI. He said that the state leaders should collect information from the administration by using Right to Information Act. Amit Shah expressed his happiness for organizing such a rally.

BJP president Amit Shah reiterated that the Chief Minister intentionally speaking lie on MGNREGA. The BJP government at center not changed anything on allocation of fund. Moreover, the system of payment of wages under MGNREGA scheme remained same.

He slammed the Communist Party India-Marxist (CPI-M)-led Government for failing on various fronts in the State. Criticizing the CPI-M led Government, Amit Shah said that the Centre is giving adequate funds to the State, but development in Tripura did not take place as it should have been.
