Udaipur, April 9 (TIWN): In the hearing of TSR Jawan Manik Roy murder case, Udaipur Chief Judicial Magistrate Mridul Chakraborty on wednesday sent 4 persons to judicial remand. CJM denying the police remand sent Banali Sarkar(27) into the judicial custody for 16 days in the central jail of Bishalgarh and Rajib Roy(30),Nalesh debbarma and Sanjit Debbarma for 20 days.

It is to be mentioned here that Banali Sarkar, wife of Manik Roy is suffering from the disease of cancer. In the favour her better nursing she is being sent to Bishalgarh Central Jail. Another person namely Samajit Debbarma who had also found to have link to the guilt was given bail(with conditions); but as there was no one present from his side in the court so he is still remains in the police custody.

TSR Manik Roy(42), S/O-Khirod Mohan Roy was killed in Atharobola under Killa Police Station at Udaipur near Gungrai (12 km away from Udaipur) on March 12. His body was found lying on the side of a road and his bike on the other side.

In this regard the accused persons who were found guilty are now in jail custody till 20^th April.
