SIMNA, July 27 (TIWN): Tribal Welfare Minister Bikash Debbarma inspected several hostels in the Simna Assembly constituency to ensure better facilities for tribal students. The minister visited the Surendra Nagar ST Girls Hostel, Akhalia Chhara ST Girls Hostel, and Katlamara ST Boys Boarding House.
During his visit, Debbarma interacted with the students, listening to their concerns and challenges. The students highlighted issues related to infrastructure, educational environment, security, and basic amenities. The minister assured them that the government is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment for all tribal students.
Debbarma emphasized that the government prioritizes investment in education to build an educated, self-reliant, and equitable society. He assured the students that necessary steps would be taken to address their concerns and ensure their overall development. The minister's visit aimed to ensure that the government delivers on its promise to provide quality education and facilities to tribal students.
