Agartala, July 21 (TIWN): A shocking incident of violence was reported yesterday in Shalgara, within the RK Pur Assembly constituency.

Unidentified miscreants attacked the home of Congress worker Hasa Ali, vandalizing his house and shop, and looting valuables. Hasa Ali's family members, including his wife Firoza Begum and their 2-year-old child, were injured in the attack and are currently receiving treatment at the district hospital.

The incident has sparked outrage, with the local community demanding swift action against the perpetrators. The authorities are yet to apprehend the culprits, and an investigation is underway to determine the motives behind the attack.
