AGARTALA, May 16 (TIWN): Tripura Sundari express was delayed, affecting the Agartala-Punjab route line after its engine failure.

The train bearing number – 14619 was stuck in the middle of Champaknagar and Teliamura road.

After over 30 minutes wait, the train could restart but with the help of another engine that came from Agartala and then the express train was taken back to Agartala Railway station with its help.

As a result, passengers suffered due to the unexpected halt during the express journey.
