AGARTALA, May 14 (TIWN): BJP party led by Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha and top party leaders, held a rally thanking Prime Minister Narendra Modi over successful launching of Operation SINDOOR against Pakistan-backed terror organizations.“This operation was more successful than what was expected. So this rally is dedicated to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and our three forces who fought against the terror gangs,” said Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha.

India successfully destroyed nine high-value terror launchpads linked to Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed, and Hizbul Mujahideen. These locations were identified as key training and operational hubs for attacks against India.

The conflict between India and Pakistan that started since 26 tourists were killed in Kashmir’s Pahalgam on May 22 ended with a ceasefire deal where both countries agreed to end conflict on May 10, which was first announced from Washington DC with U.S. President Donald Trump’s social media post.

“India has consistently maintained a firm and uncompromising stance against terrorism in all its forms and manifestations,” Jaishankar said on social media on May 10 after the ceasefire. “It will continue to do so.”
