AGARTALA, March 5 (TIWN): This is not the first time such an inhuman incident was observed at GB hospital, but on Monday a patient who could not talk properly was left outside GB hospital while nobody was accompanying him.

It is suspected that patient party left him there, but nobody took him inside after that, at least for hours.

An eye-witness said, GB hospital staff came here and saw him here and most likely would take him inside. 

He also told the media that the patient was actually admitted at the hospital, but someone, probably from the patient party left him there unattended.
