AGARTALA, Jan 11 (TIWN): Two persons were arrested in connection to illegal drug trades by GRP PS Police.

The arrested persons are: Mahammud Mehedi Hasan Nazmul (20), S/O-Mh Abdul Rashid, resident of Sonamura and Sahena Aktar (30), D/O-Safik Mia, resident of Charilam.

They were arrested after interrogating other accused persons who were arrested a few days back.

A total of Rs. 8.30 lakhs rupees were seized from them.

The drive took place under Agartala GRP police and RPF police.
