In the press conference, MLA Birjit Sinha criticized the BJP party and said that the BJP party has been indulged in extreme corruption in the Gaurnagar block in the past few days.

BJP has not done any work for common people. As a result, the BJP party has no ground under its feet.

“Elections have come, now BJP is scaring common people. Totally unfairly removing the counting center from RKI School, Kailashahar and setting up the counting center at Baidyanath Majumdar Smriti Higher Secondary School, Kaulikura village show election department’s questionable role,” he said.

He further added, “Whatever the BJP party does, the Congress party is ready. Birjit Sinha said that thousands of workers of the Congress party will be kept outside the counting center to deal with any situation. If any untoward incident happens on the day of vote and counting, the administration will be fully responsible for it.”
