AGARTALA, February 2 (TIWN): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) State observer Sunil Deodar visited Tripura for at least 4 days ahead of ADC Poll here in Tripura. Talking to TIWN BJP State President Sudhindra Das Gupta said that State observer Sunil Deodar had arrived here on January 31 and later the BJP along with its other members had held an official meeting. The BJP also held its membership meeting to boost up the BJP state party with its increasing rate of members.

The BJP Pradesh Committee will also take a suggestion and advice from Deodar for better participation in the upcoming assembly poll in the state, told Das Gupta to TIWN today. Adding to that Das Gupta further said that BJP State Observer Deodar will remain present here during the meeting till February 3 here in Tripura.

The BJP today also held a meeting with the party members focusing on the upcoming assembly poll here in the state, said Das Gupta. State observer Deodar also remained present during the meeting.

Confessing that earlier the BJP Pradesh committee had failed to win the heart of the ADC area of Tripura and has remained backtrack working for the tribal people of the state Das Gupta said that recently since two to three months he along with at least 2 to 3 members has made a good drive at Shilachori and Gandacherra area ahead of the ADC poll. “Therefore we are expecting a miracle result in the upcoming assembly poll”, Das Gupta told to TIWN.
However, but is mentionable here that it is only a time that will witness the performance of the BJP Pradesh Committee here in the ADC election. Though of course the BJP is seen nowhere in the rural Tripura making expected performance till today. And according to the political analysis the BJP now seems to have owned “Make members and no work” policy. And on the other there must be a section of political party here in the state who may take the advantage of the BJP membership aim and fade the party.
