AGARTALA, March 21 (TIWN): Keeping the upcoming Lok Sabha election ahead since April 19, around 4000 polling personnel have been trained today.

“This is the first ever mock poll program organized for this Lok Sabha poll,” said Returning Officer cum DM West Vishal Kumar.

A polling staff Biswajit Saha said, “We are here to understand our responsibility. Each of our responsibilities will be explained and we will be trained. We are very happy to be a part of this election process.”

Tripura has two constituencies for the Lok Sabha Poll: West Tripura and East Tripura constituencies. The election dates are April 19 and April 26 consequently.
