SONAMURA, Feb 26 (TIWN): The Punjab national bank consumers alleged, they are suffering due to extreme issues that they are facing with the bank. The consumers requested the Branch Manager Gourab Choudhury to solve the matter and placed a deputation to the manager.

For a few weeks, the consumers were unable to operate through ATMs as the only ATM in the area was shifted to Srimantapur land port.

Bank server down is another ongoing issue in the bank.

The branch manager assured me that all the problems would be addressed and he would try his best to resolve the issues.
