AGARTALA, Feb 26 (TIWN): After meeting the top official of the Education department Subasish Banerjee, the TET and STGT candidates are now hopeful that they might receive some positive outcomes from their continuous deputations, and protests. The STGT candidates many times staged protests, and attempted to meet CM Dr. Manik Saha but did not get any fruitful outcome on Monday, the STGT candidates were told by the officer that their files were under process. It gave some comfort to the STGT candidates who had appeared in the STGT test after cracking TET examination back in 2022, September.
“Today we visited the office to get clarification about our recruitment issue. However, this time they told us that the NCTE guidelines have been imposed for all recruitments in the state. As a result, the Tripura government also has to abide by the rules. Subasish Banerjee told us that following NCTE guidelines, we will be recruited soon. As Lok Sabha election is approaching, hopefully, we will receive good news soon,” said a job aspirant.
