“Before elections, BJP’s promise was different than BJP Govt’s activities now. People are selling their newborn baby for money, and committing mass suicides but this Govt is silent”, said Sarkar.

“The Left Govt always worked in favour of the people. Amid no cooperation from the Central Govt, our Govt distributed MGNREGA, TUEP works but now the BJP Govt has stopped everything. Pending wages have further expanded the crisis in people’s lives”, said Sarkar.

He slammed ICAT Dept for using public money for photoshoot of the CM and Ministers, distributing advertisements, when in reality, no developmental work is going on.
