AGARTALA, Sep 25 (TIWN): BJP before 2018 Election promised to regularize all fixed pay employees if BJP voted to power. The party also turned critical to the then Left Front Govt for continuation of “Fixed Pay Structure” for 5 years in teaching posts, and other jobs saying “such pay system does not exists in this country’s any other state. TET teachers under TET Association, demanded regularization and organized protests before 6 years which were attended by BJP top leaders supporting their demands.
Now, it has been 6 years of BJP retains in power in Tripura but the Govt has failed to regularize the employees.
Citing Assam Govt’s step to regularize employees, Tripura TET Association on Monday demanded ‘regularization’. They also complained some employees who got promotions in jobs, were not regularized saying employees who joined as graduate teachers, will not be considered for 5 years competition as they joined from under graduate to graduate. Only one post’s duration can be considered for ‘regularization’.
