AGARTALA, June 7 (TIWN): Dead body of a Bank employee recovered from drain in Shantirbazar Laugang area on Wednesday. The dead body was first witnessed by local people and informed to the local PS, the Police rushed to the spot and recovered the dead body.

The deceased is identified as Jayanta Baidya (30), he was missing since Tuesday and on the same day his family found his body in a drain located in Laugang area

He works in Shantirbazar State Bank as a temporary staff.

Initial investigation declares died after consuming poison.
