KHOWAI, April 10 (TIWN): A dead body of a newborn baby was found in Khowai hospital dustbin.
On Monday, the health workers of Khowai Hospital came to know about this incident.
Doubt remains over whether the child was born in Khowai district hospital or not.
This incident had generated tension among the public.
