AGARTALA, March 27 (TIWN): Former Minister, BJP MLA Ram Prasad Pal has submitted nomination for Tripura Assembly Deputy Speaker post.

The post was officered amid the BJP MLA’s rebellious attitude reflected in front of media recently.

Ram Prasad Pal is second time winner candidate from Surjamani Nagar constituency.

The nomination was submitted after Biswabandhu Sen was elected as the speaker of the Assembly by defeating opposition candidate Congress MLA Gopal Roy.

For Deputy Speaker spot, no opposition candidate has filled up the nomination.
