AGARTALA, March 8 (TIWN): Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP National President J.P.Nadda attended BJP Govt’s oath taking program at Astabal stadium on Wednesday. Chief Minister Manik Saha has taken oath as Tripura’s Chief Minister for second term. The oath taking program was held at Astabal ground, Agartala. Dr. Manik Saha was first appointed as Tripura Chief Minister on 14th May, 2022, just 9 months before Tripura Assembly Poll replacing Biplab Deb. Today, Saha has taken oath as the Chief Minister for the second time.
Four new faces have been introduced in the Cabinet replacing four faces----- Ram Prasad Pal, Manoj Deb, Rampada Jamatia, Bhagaban Das. The new faces are Tinku Roy, Shuklacharan Noyatia, Bikas Debbarma, Sudhangshu Das. Other Cabinet Ministers are Ratan Lal Nath, Sushant Chowdhury, Santana Chakma, Pranajit Singh Roy.
