The ration shop dealer has been identified as Renu Mia, shop no 121 of Rajnagar.

The dealer said at least Rs. 5 lakhs of items have been destroyed by the miscreants.

“Yesterday, at around 11 pm I was informed over phone that my shop has been set on fire. After I reached, I found that over 100 of locals were already working to extinguish the fire. Soon, fire brigade team rushed to the spot”, shop keeper Renu Mia said.

However, who are behind this incident it could not be traced.

Petrol bottle was found beside the shop.
