BJP before 2018 Election promised that all contractual employees will be regularized once BJP comes to power but after five years of Govt, the promise could not be fulfilled.

SSA non teaching staff informed that by Sep-21, 2022 a new pay structure was formed for them which they can not accept.

The teaching staff said that it will be a deprivation to them as the structure says that no DA will be added to their salaries but earlier it was not like that. They also informed the SSA teachers are however not being deprived of full benefits including 2.57 factor but the non-teaching staff are facing deprivation.

Protesting against these issues, SSA non-teaching staff placed a deputation to the Education Director on Thursday.
