AGARTALA, Jan 5 (TIWN): Bishalgarh Ghazaria, Chelikhla Police, CRPF and Forest Department officials managed to destroy a large quantity of Ganja plantations in a raid.
At around 7 am on Thursday morning the raid took place and a large area was covered during the drive.
On the basis of a secret information, the operation was conducted with the police and paramilitary forces of Bishalgarh Police Department.
Inspector Suman Ulla Kazi said that there will be such operations in the coming days as well.
