AGARTALA, Dec 5 (TIWN):Locals of Bishalgarh Madhyalakshibil area arrested a drug dealer with a container of brown sugar and handed it over to Bishalgarh PS Police on Monday.

It is known, a drug dealer named Maman Mia was caught by Madhyalakshibill local people, while he was on his way to sale Brown Sugar after buying the Brown Sugar from a person's house near Bishalgarh Officetila Hospital. Locals based on suspicion arrested him, recovered intoxicated items and also informed Bishalgarh PS. Bishalgarh PS police’s Head constable and TSR Jawan  rushed to the spot and brought the arrested drug dealer along with brown sugar to Bishalgarh PS.

However, the source says, presently the drug dealers in Officetila Hospital are under the shelter of the ruling party constantly continuing their drug trade.

Brown sugar, yaba tablet drug, Injection has spread across Bishalgarh Sub-division in such a way that in coming days the youth will be destroyed and there is no doubt about it.

However, in this case the local residents feel that the police administration of Bishalgarh PS Police is in a state of slumber.
