AGARTALA, Dec 2 (TIWN): A Police officer was seen roaming on Agartala-Udaipur National Highway without helmet.

Such a scene caught on camera in Badharghat Chowmuhani area on Friday morning in front of Ram Thakur College. 

Although Common people are being imposed with Challans for violating traffic rules by not wearing helmet, why cops are not under legal action for roaming on National Highway without Helmet ?

Now the question is raised, are laws only for common people or for all?
