Taking it as a challenge, Jakir Hossain said, he will fight against the false case and also file a defamation case against BJP leader Rajkumar Debnath for filing fake case against him with political vendetta because he was in Bishalgarh court during the violence and CCTV cameras of the Court have recorded his movement. 

Practically, it is Rajkumar Debnath who is allegedly the main accused person behind CPI-M leader Sahid Mia’s murder and violence of 30th November which left 12 CPI-M workers and 5 BJP workers injured in attacks and counter-attacks along with 65 years old man Sahid Mia’s tragic death.

Advocate Jakir Hossain also condemned the role of Police and expressed resentment over SDPO’s biased role.

“When I was inside the Court, false case was lodged against me under Case No. 133/2022, Bishalgarh PS, U/S-147, 148, 149, 326 IPC and 3/5 Explosive Substance and 25 Arms Act. I was present in Bishalgarh Court from 10 am to 5 pm. I was dealing with a case 125/22 Bishalgarh PS. The court held its hearing in my case for which I stayed in Court. When I was inside the Court, I was accused of bombing on BJP and also using arms against them at Charilam. I am really surprised with the role of Bishalgarh police”, said Jakir Hossain.

However, I want to tell Bishalgarh police that with such fake cases, Congress workers can’t be threatened. I am also giving a warning to BJP Mandal President Rajkumar Debnath for bringing false allegations against me. I will file a defamation case against you”, said Jakir Hossain.
