AGARTALA, Oct 30 (TIWN): Two more agitating teachers among 10323 had fallen sick on 10 days of Hunger Strike. So far at least 19 teachers were hospitalized during the Hunger Strike which had started from 21st October in front of Rabindra Bhawan premise seeking their jobs to be restored. No Govt official on behalf of the State Govt has met the teachers who are in Hunger Strike for 10 days. 10323 teachers have said that their jobs were never gone but Education Minister wrongly explained the High Court verdict which has caused the 10323 teachers’ job loss.
Accordingly to 10323 teachers only a few numbers of teachers had lost their jobs in the judgement.
Death toll of 10323 teachers have raised to 143 as one more teacher named Subanlal Chakma has died.
BJP before 2018 Election promised 10323 teachers’ that their jobs will be restored. BJP national leaders, Ministers themselves visited Tripura and gave the promise but now after 2 years almost, but 10323 teachers left jobless.
