AGARTALA, Oct 27 (TIWN): Amid rising rapes and murders in state, Law Minister Ratan Lal Nath held a review meeting to check the status of house to house Sushashan (good governance) services.

The meeting was held with West Dist officials including officials from Panchayat, Jira Parishad, DM and SP level.

Ratan Lal Nath told media that how far the services have reached in the urban body, it will be inspected and what is missing will be marked so that the officials can follow up and solve the matters.

Ratan Lal Nath said ‘Prati Ghore Sushashan’ is Tripura Govt’s target and he believes the services have been well provided.

On the other hand, the opposition has alleged that BJP has launched “House to House Dushwashan” instead of Sushashan citing political violence, attacks, increasing theft, robbery, murders and rapes.

Source said, over 40 lakhs were used from public funds to advertise “Sushashan” of the BJP Govt, which were damaged due to rain, a total waste of public tax payers’ money.
