TELIAMURA, Sep 22 (TIWN): Reckless driving led to a road mishap again on Assam Agartala NH. The road mishap occurred in front of Baromura Cafeteria in Shantinagar under Teliamura PS among a Bolero pickup and a Frizner van.

Reportedly, a Bolero Car- TR04-D-1598 was on the way to Mungiakami PS from Khowai direction and a freezer van TR01-D-0891 of Mungiakami police station while rushing from opposite direction. Both the vehicles Collided head-on in front of Baromura Cafeteria in Shantinagar under Teliamura PS.

Two TSR jawans and a policeman sustained minor injuries in this accident. The injured are Manindra Debbarma (36), Buddhi Debbarma (38), and Sudhan Majumder (56) years.

After witnessing the incident, the passers-by informed the Teliamura fire department personnel, and they reached the spot, rescued the injured and took them to the Teliamura Sub-Divisional Hospital.
