AGARTALA, Aug 26 (TIWN): A CPIM Worker named Bipad Hrishi Das was beaten up brutally by BJP miscreants Bypass area near Amtali PS in broad Daylight while returning home after attending a CPIM meeting. Around 40-50 BJP miscreants with sticks beaten the CPIM worker.

It is alleged that after being beaten up the BJP miscreants poured wine on him. The miscreants not only beaten him up but also snatched his mobile Phones, 2 ATM cards and vandalized his bike. Somehow with severe injuries he reached Nabarun Deb’s house from where he was taken to GB Hospital for treatment. And currently he is undergoing treatment at GB Hospital in critical condition

After spreading this news CPIM’s leaders rushed to GB Hospital to meet with him.

However, where CM Manik Saha strictly said that he will fix the ‘Lawlessness’ situations in state there under his era, hooliganism still exists unlike former CM Biplab Deb’s regime.
