AGARTALA, Aug 3 (TIWN): Teachers crisis becomes the most burning issue in Tripura, Under Hira Era due to shortage of teachers North Yogendranagar Lower Primary School now in a state to shut down. It is known that in North Yogendranagar Lower Primary School student strength is 72 from Class-I-V and only 3 teachers are there. And among 3 teachers, one teacher is involved in election work, one teacher is involved with clerical work and another teacher is shifted for some Govt work.
The matter was informed to Higher Authorities but nothing has happened. Over teacher crisis, School Inspector reportedly ordered to shut down the School then seeing no way a teacher came rush to School keeping his other office works.
After talking with the guardian it is known the School has been running dry without teachers for the past 2-3 years, they also said that to control those students it became heavy on teachers as the teacher strength is less according to the Student strength.
The guardian alleged that the School’s Kitchen is in an unhygienic state.
However, from all sources it is known the Education System in the School is in an unstable state.
