AGARTALA, March 13 (TIWN): Centering a minor family dispute a man identified as Ranjit Namasudra stabbed his own brother Bapi Namahshudra (25) with sharp weapon, the incident took place at Banikya Chowmuhani area.

After the incident, Bapi Namahshudra was seriously injured and was taken to GB hospital and now he is undergoing treatment at GB in critical condition.  

The accused threatened the family members to kill all of them if they informed the police. The family said that they will file a case at PS against him.

It is known the accused escaped after the incident.
