AGARTALA, March 13 (TIWN): Madhurima Sarkar, a student from Belonia, died in Ranirbazar in a road accident last Friday her father Lalu Sarkar, was a physical instructor in Belonia. Madhurima’s father Lalu Sarkar was an active member of CPI-M and died a few months back.

The family members are devastated after her death, a shadow of mourning has gripped in the area. Presently Madhurima’s younger brother and mother are there.

On hearing Madhurima’s death news CPI-M Party state secretary Jitendra Chowdhury, Left Front convener Narayan Kar, party state secretariat member MLA Sudhan Das, party state committee member Dipankar Sen, party district secretariat member Babul Debnath and other party leaders visited late Madhurima Sarkar’s house on Sunday afternoon.

The CPI-M state leaders assured that they will be with the family.
