AGARTALA, March 6 (TIWN): Tripura state CM Biplab Deb who is popularly known as Gaffe Minister for his regular ‘Blunder statement, yet did not miss the oppurtunity to troll himself with strange claims.

Today CM Deb while delivering speech at Blood Donation Camp at Nibedita Club Gangail Road Agartala claimed, “We don’t need Central Govt’s funding as Central Govt gives us fund in various schemes, in 7 other Districts we started ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’ scheme and that’s you (audience) can notice why female birth has increased in comparison to male’.

However, Deb in the programme also stated that on average women birth has increased than man.

CM Biplab Deb alleged that in CPIM era slogan was raised on ‘Nari Samiti’ but in reality work was not done on Women which was reflected visibly.
