The job aspirants wanted to meet the Chief Minister Biplab Deb with their demand of ‘recruitment of all TET qualified’ at a time, but they were not allowed to enter the Secretariat and police allegedly harassed them. Recently, Ratan Lal Nath said that by March around 2500 teachers to be recruited but TET qualified teachers' are 3,600 in numbers; if not recruited now, then many will become overage. Moreover, when teachers’ crisis prevails in the state, why can’t the Govt recruit more thousand teachers who are qualified as it will benefit both the unemployed youths and also the schools which are suffering due to heavy teachers’ crisis?
