AGARTALA, Oct 8 (TIWN): With a very less salary scale above 150 cleaning staff are working in GB hospital since long time but now the cleaning staff have been deprived from getting salary. When they asked for their salaries, the poor deprived cleaning staff were informed from Higher Authority that their salary would not be paid and the poor cleaning staffs have terminated from their work. Centering the incident, Amra Bangali party condemned strongly, said it's inhumane and asked how these poor cleaning staff will survive now?
“The Government who promised to provide 50,000 Govt Jobs in a year, now it is seen the govt is slashing Jobs and giving jobs is a far away matter”, said a leader of Amra Bangali Party. Also supported the deprived cleaning staff who have been protesting with a demand to clear their arrear and will be supported till their arrears be given.
The Amra Bangali party demanded the Govt should take initiative immediately to pay off the arrears of the deprived cleaning staff.
